|---|---|---|
| Gothic demon-prince fantasy | Kingdom of the Wicked | The original Emilia and Wrath trilogy is the most natural starting point for witches, murder mystery, and demon-prince tension. |
| Adult Prince of Sin route | Throne of the Fallen | This begins the adult Prince of Sin path, with each book centered on a different romantic lead inside the same broader underworld. |
| Latest Prince of Sin title | Throne of Nightmares | Hachette lists Throne of Nightmares with an on-sale date of February 10, 2026. |
Series and book paths
| Path | Use it for | Best expectation |
|---|---|---|
| Kingdom of the Wicked | Witches, demon princes, a murder investigation, and gothic YA-crossover fantasy romance. | Best first stop for Emilia and Wrath. |
| Prince of Sin | Adult standalone fantasy romances set around the princes of Hell. | Read Throne of the Fallen, then Throne of Secrets, then Throne of Nightmares. |
| Throne of Secrets | Prince Gluttony, a reporter heroine, rivalry, a dangerous hunt, and fairy-tale mystery. | Good after Throne of the Fallen, especially for enemies-to-lovers readers. |
| Throne of Nightmares | Prince Sloth, a magical book, a librarian heroine, and a quest through stories gone wrong. | Newest confirmed Prince of Sin release as of this check. |
| Stalking Jack the Ripper | Historical YA mystery, forensic investigation, and gothic atmosphere. | Not a romantasy path, but useful backlist context for Maniscalco's mystery roots. |
